On Jan. 21, 2021, the SlowMist security team start security audit for Litentry-node key modules, developed the audit plan according to the agreement of both parties and the characteristics of Litentry and finally issued the security audit report.
In this audit, the SlowMist security team adopted the strategy of “white box assists” to conduct a complete security test on Litentry in the way closest to the real attack. In the test report, SlowMist found 0 high-risk vulnerability, 1 medium-risk vulnerability and 2 enhancement suggestions in Litentry. After correction, all problems found have been fixed and all risks have been eliminated by litentry-node. In the final comprehensive assessment, Litentry has no risks above already.
SlowMist Technology is a company focused on blockchain ecological security and has served many global well-known projects including: imToken, Binance, 1inch, etc. This audit is necessary for Litentry to provide cutting edge DID Aggregation products for the Polkadot ecosystem. Litentry provides a secure vehicle through which users manage their identities and dApps obtain real-time credit/reputation of an identity owner across different blockchains.
